摘要
以多道次直进式拉丝机为研究对象,针对目前拉丝机优化设计多集中于单一部件对于拉拔过程的研究,提出一种基于MATLAB与APDL联合仿真的优化设计分析方法,将拉丝机设计参数与拉拔过程相结合,获得优化设计所需的设计变量参数以及其优化结果。本文介绍了拉丝机拉拔系统组成和原理,利用APDL完成了对拉丝模具的参数化建模与仿真,分析电机最大功率等五项设计变量对拉拔系统的影响。采用SPEAⅡ多目标优化算法结合拉丝机设计参数以联合仿真结果获得拉丝机优化结果完成优化设计。多种优化设计结果对比表明,对于不同情况的拉丝机设计需求,优化结果对于拉丝机工作效率提高或减少设计制造成本提供了设计参考。
The current optimization design of wire drawing machine is more focused on a single part.Taking the multi-stage straight-forward wire drawing machine as the research object,an optimized design analysis method based on MATLAB and APDL joint simulation is proposed.The design variable parameters and the optimization results are obtained.The composition and principle of the pull-out system is introduced.APDL is applied to complete the parametric modeling and simulation of the mold,and the influence of five design variables on the pull-out system,for example,the maximum power of the motor,is analyzed.The optimization design is completed by using SPEAII.The results of the two optimization designs show that the optimization results provide a design reference for the work efficiency improvement and the cost reduction of design and manufacturing.
