直肠癌病人肠造口术后延续性护理的研究进展

Research progress of transitional care in patients with rectal cancer after enterostomy

综述直肠癌肠造口术后延续性护理的研究进展。指出目前存在专业造口人员短缺、护理资源分配不均衡等现状。今后需加强造口专科护士的培养,建立延续护理需求评价指标体系,完善社区延续护理模式,综合运用多种适合于病人的延续性护理模式,并向信息化方向发展。

This article reviews the research progress of transitional care in patients with rectal cancer after enterostomy.It is pointed out that there are current situations such as shortage of professional stoma personnel and unbalanced distribution of nursing resources.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the training of stoma specialist nurses,establish a transitional care needs evaluation index system,improve the community transitional care model,comprehensively use a variety of transitional care models suitable for patients,and develop in the direction of informatization.
