红茴香注射液用于下颌智齿拔除术后的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Red Fennel Injection After Mandibular Wisdom Tooth Extraction

目的观察红茴香注射液缓解下颌阻生智齿拔除术后疼痛、肿胀、张口受限等并发症的效果。方法选取在2019年12月至2021年6月郑州大学第一附属医院接受下颌阻生智齿拔除术的90例成年患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为3组,每组30例。观察组患者术后黏膜下注射红茴香注射液,对照组患者注射地塞米松注射液,空白组患者不注射药液。术后复诊随访,记录患者术后1、3、7 d的疼痛、肿胀及张口受限程度,并记录患者满意度。使用SPSS 25.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果与空白组相比,观察组术后1、3 d的疼痛、肿胀和张口受限程度均较低(P<0.05),患者满意度评分较高(P<0.05)。结论局部使用红茴香注射液能够缓解智齿拔除术后的疼痛、肿胀、张口受限等不良反应,有效提高患者的手术满意度,对创口愈合无不良影响。

Objective To observe the effect of red fennel injection in relieving the complications such as pain,swelling and limited mouth opening after mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction.Methods A total of 90 adult patients who underwent mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were injected with red fennel injection,and the patients in control group were injected with dexamethasone injection,and the patients in blank group were not injected with liquid medicine.The degree of pain,swelling and limited mouth opening at 1,3 and 7 days after operation were recorded,and the patient’s satisfaction was recorded.SPSS 25.0 statistical sof tware was used for statistical analysis.Results Compared with blank group,the degree of pain,swelling and limited mouth opening in observation group were lower at 1 and 3 days after operation(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The local use of red fennel injection can alleviate the adverse reactions such as pain,swelling and limited mouth opening after wisdom tooth extraction,effectively improve the operation satisfaction of patients,and has no adverse effect on wound healing.
