摘要
为解决目前伤残人士与行动不便的老年人使用时轮椅存在的久坐不适、起身困难以及爬楼动力不足的问题,文中设计了一种三星轮多功能轮椅。该设计由传动系统、控制系统构成,能够实现椅背调节、椅背按摩、坐垫辅助支撑、以及三星轮全轮驱动等功能。采用多芯片对各系统进行独立控制以实现多线程运行。对产品进行模拟实验运转,实验人偶数据反馈得出结果良好,从而证明该产品能为伤残人士及行动不便的老年人提供更加舒适的轮椅使用体验。
In order to solve the problems such as sedentary discomfort,difficulty in getting up and insufficient power to climb the stairs when using wheelchairs for disabled people and elderly people with mobility disabilities,this paper proposes a design of multifunctional wheelchair with three planet gears,which is composed of transmission system and control system,and has the functions of chair back adjustment,massage,cushion auxiliary support,and all-wheel driving with three planet gears.Multiple chips are used to independently control each system to realize multi-thread operation.The simulation experiment of the product shows that the data feedback of the experimental doll is good,which proves that the product can bring more comfortable user experience to the disabled and the elderly with mobility difficulties.
