摘要
文中介绍了大型风电机组及其常用的吊装方法,提出了一种风电机组吊装专用的自攀爬式起重机,并给出了该机的总体方案设计方法和流程。另外,提出附着于塔筒筒壁的起重机爬升原理和方法,阐述了依据该方法的起重机各部件的功能构造,阐明爬升工况和吊重工况中起重机多点支承的载荷和内力分配情况,同时详细叙述了风电机组筒节、机舱、轮毂和叶片等部件的吊装情况。
In this paper,the large-scale wind turbine and its common hoisting methods are introduced,a special climbing crane for hoisting wind turbine is proposed,and the overall design method and process of the crane are given.In addition,the climbing principle and method of the crane attached to the wall of the tower are introduced,and the functions and structures of the components of the crane operated according to this method are explained,as well as the load and internal force distribution of the multi-point support of the crane under climbing and hoisting conditions.At the same time,the hoisting conditions of the components such as the hub,engine room,hub and blades of the wind turbine are described in detail.
