卸船机料斗抑尘喷淋供水系统故障分析及改造

Fault analysis and improvement of dust suppression spray water supply system of hopper of ship unloader

江苏某电厂1~4号卸船机料斗抑尘喷淋系统采用机械传动水缆卷盘供水。卸船机在运行过程中,经常出现一些设备故障,如电缆卷盘传动装置传动齿轮磨损、轴承卡涩、电源开关频繁跳闸、水缆松弛等。通过对喷淋给水系统故障的分析,找出故障原因,提出改进措施,并在3~4号卸船机上进行了成功实施,改造后设备运行稳定,可靠性大大提高。

The dust suppression spray system of the hopper of No.1-No.4 ship unloader in a power plant in Jiangsu Province is supplied with water by mechanical transmission water cable reel.In the course of operation,failures often occur,such as wear of transmission gear of cable reel transmission device,jamming of bearing,frequent tripping of power switch,slack of water cable,etc.Failures of spray water supply system was analyzed to find out causes and put forward improvement measures which were applied to No.3-No.4 ship unloaders.The reformed equipment operated stably and its reliability was greatly improved.
