雄安新区产业承接与发展路径的战略性思考

Industrial Undertaking Development and Path Exploration of Xiong’an New Area

设立雄安新区,是党中央做出的一项重大战略部署。雄安新区紧扣四个功能定位的发展方向,在产业承接北京非首都功能疏解方面取得了阶段性成果,但还面临京津冀地区新动能与旧动能的有序转化存在困难、京津冀整体经济实力和核心竞争力有待提高、新区空间布局优化配置尚未形成等挑战。未来雄安新区产业承接发展应遵循四大原则,处理好四个圈层关系,推动新区输入性产业基因转变为原生性产业基因,探索新区产业创新发展的路径与时序,抢抓数字经济带来的新契机,进行对外开放发展。

The establishment of Xiong’an New Area is a major strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee.Focusing on four functional orientation of development,in industrial undertaking,Xiong’an New Area has gained stage achievement in decentralizing Beijing’s non-capital function.But there are also challenges,such as obstacles in orderly transforming old drives into new ones in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,inadequate improvement of overall economic strength and core competitiveness,and rudimentary spatial layout and optimization,etc.The development of Xiong’an New Area should follow four principles,deal with the four circles of relationships,promote the transformation of imported industrial genes into original industrial genes,and actively explore the path and sequence of industrial innovation and development of Xiong’an New Area.We should also seize the new opportunities brought by the digital economy and achieve development by opening our gate.
