益生菌制剂对雏鸭血清抗氧化能力、免疫功能和肝功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探究益生菌制剂对雏鸭血清抗氧化能力、免疫功能和肝功能的影响,选取1日龄体质量相近、健康状态良好的雏鸭600只,将其随机分成2组:对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.15%益生菌制剂,试验期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组雏鸭试验期末体质量和ADG均显著提高(P<0.05),血清中TAOC、GSH-Px活性显著提高(P<0.05),血清IgA、ALB、TNF-α、IL-2含量显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,在雏鸭饲料中添加益生菌制剂可以提高其生长性能、血清抗氧化能力,并对雏鸭的免疫功能和肝功能有积极作用。 In order to investigate the effects of probiotics on antioxidant capacity,immune function and liver function of ducklings,a total of 600 one-day-old healthy ducklings with similar body weight and good health were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group was fed with a basal diet,and the experimental group was fed with a basal diet added 0.15%probiotics.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the body weight and ADG in experimental group significantly increased at the end of trial(P<0.05),the T-AOC and GSH-Px activity in serum of experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of IgA,ALB,TNF-αand IL-2 in serum of experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding probiotics to ducklings feed could improve the growth performance and serum antioxidant capacity of ducklings,and have positive effects on the immune function and liver function of ducklings.
