摘要
近年来,由于技术性贸易措施具有灵活性和隐蔽性的特点,进口国开始通过使用技术性贸易措施对进口产品执行严格标准,导致技术性贸易措施成为仅次于汇率、关税的第三大贸易障碍,影响中国产品出口。基于新疆农产品出口贸易现状,对新疆出口农产品遭遇技术性贸易措施情况和制约原因进行分析,并提出有效对策,以期促进新疆农产品的出口。
In recent years,due to the flexibility and concealment of technical trade measures,importing countries have begun to implement strict standards for imported products through using technical trade measures.As a result,technical trade measures have become the third largest trade obstacle after exchange rates and tariffs,affecting the export of Chinese products.Based on the status of the export trade of agricultural products in Xinjiang,this paper analyzed the technical trade measures and restrictive reasons for the export of agricultural products in Xinjiang,and proposed effective countermeasures to promote the export of agricultural products in Xinjiang.
