Formation of the digital twin Huaihe River shall be the driver for high-quality development and management of the Huaihe River Basin

数字孪生淮河建设是新阶段淮河流域“统一规划、统一治理、统一调度、统一管理”和高质量发展的重要举措和抓手。水利部淮河水利委员会贯彻水利部党组关于推进智慧水利建设的决策部署,先行先试,多措并举,探索智慧水利淮河方案,坚持系统化谋划、标准化建设、制度化保障“三化协同”,全力推动数字孪生淮河建设。

Construction of the digital twin Huaihe River is the key measure and starting point of “unified planning and management, integrated dispatching and management” for high-quality development of the Huaihe River Basin in the new age. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Huaihe River Water Resources Commission explores the possibility of applying smart water by taking multiple measures as a pioneer. Efforts shall be made to promote the digital twin Huaihe River construction through systematic planning, standardized construction, and institutional safeguarding.
