摘要 以太湖流域2021年梅雨、“烟花”台风强降雨、盛夏连阴雨等洪水防御为背景,以数字孪生流域建设优化太湖流域预报调度一体化系统“四预”功能完善为切入点,介绍了太湖局在数字孪生流域建设“四预”功能实现方面的经验做法,分析了数字孪生流域建设存在的困难,结合太湖局实际,提出了完善提升思路。 Upon review of flood prevention measures during the plum rains season to deal with heavy precipitation brought by Typhoon In-Fa and continuous raindrops in the mid-summer in the Taihu Basin in 2021, the paper introduces the experience and practice of the Taihu Basin Authority of “forecasting, early-warning, pre-planning and exercise”(four-pre) by means of creating a digital twin basin, so as to optimize and integrate forecasting and regulation system. Based on the finding in the formation of the digital twin basin, and challenges to the Taihu Basin Authority,the ideas for improvement are put forward.
