介绍了一种基本达到N饱和溶解度不锈钢的冶炼方法,在热力学分析的基础上,通过采用控制温度、新型增N合金以及连续加入等方式,成功冶炼出单炉150 t、含氮0.27%的中氮型316系不锈钢。
A smelting method of stainless steel that basically achieves N saturation solubility has been introduced.On the basis of thermodynamic analysis,through applying temperature control,new N-increasing alloys and continuous addition,a single furnace of middle nitrogen type 316 series stainless steel with 150 t and nitrogen content of 0.27%has been successfully smelted.
