电弧炉冶炼供氧强度的控制与DS夹杂物含量的降低

摘要 通过扫描电镜能谱定性分析DS夹杂物的成分,从电弧炉冶炼工序查找原因,从吨钢氧耗控制、终点碳合理区间控制以及炉后铝脱氧三方面优化电弧炉冶炼工艺,减低DS夹杂物含量,提高冷轧辊用钢的冶金质量。 The composition of DS inclusions has been qualitatively analyzed by scanning electron microscope energy spectrum,the reasons have been found from the smelting process of electric arc furnace,and the smelting process of electric arc furnace has been optimized from three aspects:control of oxygen consumption per ton of steel,reasonable interval control of terminal carbon,and aluminum deoxidation after furnace to reduce DS inclusions content,and improve the metallurgical quality of steel for cold rolls.
