大截面ST52-3钢阀块锻件热处理工艺优化

摘要 针对大截面ST52-3阀块锻件调质热处理过程中出现的夏比冲击吸收能量不合格现象,通过断口宏观形貌和金相组织观察,分析不合格原因。研究了淬火温度、冷却速率、回火温度对夏比冲击吸收能量的影响,并对热处理工艺进行优化。结果表明,优化后的热处理工艺明显改善了夏比冲击吸收能量,且不降低拉伸性能指标。 Aiming at the unqualified phenomenon of Charpy impact absorption energy in the process of quenching and tempering heat treatment of large-section valve block forgings of ST52-3 steel,the reasons for the unqualified have been analyzed by observing the macroscopic morphology of the fracture and the metallographic structure.The effects of quenching temperature,cooling rate and tempering temperature on Charpy impact absorption energy have been studied,and the heat treatment process has been optimized.The results show that the optimized heat treatment process significantly improves the Charpy impact absorption energy without reducing the tensile properties.
