摘要 当前,我国高等教育改革已经步入了一个新的发展阶段,需要进一步深化改革,促进高等教育内涵式发展,因此本文探究了高等教育内涵式发展的内在机理与实践。根据高等教育内涵式发展的历史变迁情况,统计了普通高校近二十年的在校学生规模及变化情况,深入剖析了内涵式发展的重要性,在此过程中发现其核心要求是提高人才培养质量,而实现该要求的关键是调整教学生产关系。结合内涵式发展的内在机理,提出了五点内涵式发展实践要求,即深化高等教育本质基本认识、建立科教融合的教学模式、改革高校评价体制机制、反思现阶段大学发展理念和模式、正确处理高等教育内涵式发展与其他发展的关系。 So far,China s higher education reform has entered a new stage of development,and it is necessary to further deepen reform and promote the connotative development of higher education.Therefore,this paper mainly explores the internal mechanism and practice of connotative development of higher education.According to the historical changes of connotative development of higher education,this paper makes statistics on the scale and changes of college students in the past 20 years,and deeply analyzes the importance of connotative development.In this process,it is found that the core requirement is to improve the quality of talent training,and the key to achieve this requirement is to adjust the relationship between teaching and production.Combined with the internal mechanism of connotative development,this paper puts forward five practical requirements of connotative development,namely,deepening the basic understanding of the essence of higher education,establishing the teaching mode of science and education integration,reforming the evaluation system and mechanism of colleges and universities,reflecting on the concept and mode of university development at the present stage,and correctly handling the relationship between connotative development of higher education and other development.
