摘要
乡村校长是乡村学校变革、乡村社区振兴的关键人物。乡村校长社区领导力是一种充分体现校长处理“校社”关系的重要能力。乡村校长领导力的实质是校长指导、影响和建构社区教育资源的能力,包括校长对社区的共情力、对社区优势的理解力、影响社区参与的行动力等方面。乡村校长社区领导活动的特殊性表现在领导活动的自然社会背景、乡村学校组织文化、领导活动的主要对象方面。
Rural principals are the key figures in the reform of rural schools and the revitalization of rural communities.The community leadership of rural principals is an important ability to deal with the relationship between schools and communities.The essence of the leadership is the ability to direct,influence and construct community educational resources.It comprises the ability to inspire the empathy,capitalize on advantages,promote the participation in the community.The particularities of the leadership are manifested in the special natural and social environment,the special organizational cultures of rural schools,and the special objects of work.
