高校教师信息素养培训研究与实践

信息素养培训是高校图书馆的重要职能之一。随着互联网+时代的到来,各类信息资源呈爆炸式增长,教育手段也越来越智能便捷,学习资源也越来越丰富,新时代教育现代化和信息化要求教学、科研的理念顺势而变,要求高校教师树立多元教育理念、实现自身角色转型、提升信息素养、提升教学研究能力。基于此,本文围绕信息素养能力提升、信息素养技能培养、专业拓展三大主题,以教学研究能力、科研写作能力的培养为重点,借助超星平台构建高校信息素养师资培育体系,并以线上、线下混合的形式推广实施,以期能够为高校教师信息素养培训提供一些新的借鉴。
