贵州茂兰喀斯特地区隐纹花松鼠秋季食性分析 被引量:2

Autumn Diet Analysis on Swinhoe's Striped Squirrel(Tamiops swinhoei)in Maolan Karst Area,Guizhou Province,China

摘要 隐纹花松鼠(Tamiops swinhoei)广布于我国南方各省且十分常见,但对其食性与生态研究却罕有报道,为进一步开展其觅食生态学研究,通过高通量测序技术测定贵州荔波茂兰喀斯特地区的隐纹花松鼠个体样本的胃容物。结果表明:从茂兰喀斯特地区的隐纹花松鼠胃容物中鉴定出植物7门73科109属,动物8门82科120属。其中,植物主要包括壳斗科(Fagaceae)、樟科(Lauraceae)、平藓科(Neckeraceae)、山茱萸科(Cornaceae)、胡桃科(Juglandaceae)和毛茛科(Ranunculaceae)等物种,动物主要包括刺蛾科(Limacodidae)、蝽科(Pentatomidae)、匍蠊科(Blaberidae)和步行虫科(Carabidae)等物种。研究结果可为隐纹花松鼠及其同域分布物种的保护与管理提供依据。 Swinhoe s striped squirrel(Tamiops swinhoei)as a common species widely distributes in Southern China;however,its diet and ecology were rarely reported.In this paper,the high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze its diet composition of the samples collected from the Maolan Karst area in Libo,Guizhou Province.The results showed that plant species belonging to 109 genera of 73 families of seven phylum,as well as animal species belonging to 120 genera of 82 families of eight phylum were identified in the samples of stomach content of the Swinhoe s striped squirrel.The main plant based food sources included the species from Fagaceae,Lauraceae,Neckeraceae,Cornaceae,Juglandaceae and Ranunculaceae,and the animal food resources mainly included the ones from Limacodidae,Pentatomidae,Blaberidae,Carabidae etc.The findings of this study could be the basis for the further study on biology and ecology of Swinhoe s striped squirrel.
