火烈鸟腹泻沙门菌分离鉴定、致病性及耐药性检测 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析火烈鸟(Phoenicopterus ruber)腹泻沙门菌(Salmonella)的致病性及耐药性情况,2016—2020年采集动物园中患腹泻火烈鸟的粪便、肛拭子和死亡火烈鸟的肝脏等病料组织102份,采用细菌分离鉴定和PCR方法进行沙门菌鉴定,采用人工感染小白鼠致病性试验和K-B药敏纸片法分别检测分离菌株的致病性和耐药表型情况。结果显示:从102份病料组织中分离得到89株沙门菌,其中75株沙门菌对小白鼠具有致病性,这75株沙门菌分离菌株对链霉素、阿莫西林、氨苄西林等14种药物耐药率在45.3%以上,对其他药物的耐药率为13.3%~22.7%,且呈现多重耐药性,耐12、11、10种药物的分离菌株最多,分别占分离菌株的16.0%、18.7%和17.3%。说明该动物园分离的火烈鸟腹泻沙门菌对小白鼠具有致病性,耐药性严重且呈现多重耐药性。 In order to analyze the pathogenicity and drug resistance of Salmonella,102 samples of feces,anal swabs,and liver from deceased flamingos(Phoenicopterus ruber)were collected at Wuhan Zoo in between 2016 and 2020.Identification of Salmonella by bacterial isolation and PCR was performed.The pathogenicity and drug-resistant phenotypes of the isolated strains were respectively determined by artificial infection of the mice and K-B drug-sensitive paper chip assay.The results showed that 89 strains of Salmonella were isolated from those samples;of all,75 strains were pathogenic to mice,and these strains were above 45.3%resistant to 14 drugs including streptomycin,amoxicillin and ampicillin,while 13.3%to 22.7%resistant to other drugs.The strains also exhibited multiple drug resistance,and the most isolates can resist 12,11 and 10 types of drugs,and the ratio of the strains were 17.3%,18.7%and 16.0%respectively.This suggests that the batch of Salmonella strains isolated from flamingos at Wuhan Zoo are pathogenic to mice,severe resistance to antibiotics and multi drug resistance.
