摘要
综述光照对哺乳动物学习和记忆的影响及其基础机制的结果表明,强光照刺激可以引起哺乳动物昼夜节律紊乱、生理性节律紊乱、睡眠节律紊乱、视网膜损伤和激素分泌紊乱等,并导致空间学习记忆障碍。其中昼夜节律紊乱、视网膜损伤、激素分泌紊乱、突触可塑性过低和内在光敏感视网膜神经节细胞介导可能是强光照刺激引起哺乳动物机体认知障碍的主要机制。研究结果可为进一步研究强光照对哺乳动物学习和记忆的影响提供理论依据。
This paper reviews the effects of light on learning and memory in mammalian and the underlying mechanisms.The results show that intense light stimulation can cause circadian rhythm disturbances,including physiological rhythm disturbance,sleep rhythm disturbance,retinal dam-age and hormone secretion disturbance,which further lead to spatial learning and memory disorders etc.Circadian rhythm disorder,retinal damage,hormone secretion disorder,lower synaptic plasticity and intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells may be the main mechanisms of cognitive impairment caused by light.Our findings provide a theoretical basis for further study on the effect of strong light on mammalian learning and memory.
