“大滇西旅游环线”建设下滇西北体育旅游发展路径研究

A Research on the Development Path of Sports Tourism in Northwest Yunnan under the Construction of “Tourism Loop in West Yunnan”

体育旅游是云南体育产业的重点,也是云南旅游转型升级的重要领域。云南省人民政府于2019年4月开始建设"大滇西旅游环线"重大工程,滇西北地区的体育旅游也因此迎来了跨越式发展。滇西北自然资源丰富、气候舒适宜人、历史文化厚重、旅游发展成熟,但也存在着经济基础薄弱、交通设施落后、群众意识淡薄、专业人才匮乏、旅游产品单一、协同发展不够等问题。针对现阶段存在的问题,提出滇西北体育旅游发展路径:加大政策支持,增加体育资金投入;推进交通建设,提高互联互通水平;加强体育宣传,推动群众体育普及;重视人才培养,培育高等专业人才;提升基础设施,改善旅游服务环境;推动区域协作,构建"体育旅游带"。

Sports tourism is the focus of Yunnan sports industry,but also an important field of Yunnan tourism transformation and upgrading.The people’s Government of Yunnan Province started the construction of the major project of “West Yunnan Tourism Loop” in April 2019,thus ushering in the leapfrog development of sports tourism in northwest Yunnan.Northwest Yunnan is rich in natural resources,comfortable climate,profound history and culture,and mature in tourism development.However,there are also some problems,such as weak economic foundation,backward transportation facilities,weak public awareness,lack of professional talents,single tourism products,and insufficient coordinated development.The paper advances development paths:increase the policy support,increase the investment of sports funds;promote transport development and enhance connectivity;strengthen sports publicity and promote the popularization of sports among the masses;attach importance to personnel training and cultivate higher professional talents;upgrade infrastructure and improve tourism service environment;promote regional cooperation and build “sports tourism belt”.
