“一带一路”背景下“茶与茶文化”课程教学改革探索

摘要 "一带一路"背景下,中外交流特别是文化交流更加密切。在教学的具体实施过程中,加强文化的融入已经成为新时期课程改革的必须。地方性应用型本科院校应该利用自己的地域优势,把资源与文化有机结合,开设一些区域特色明显、应用性广的特色选修课。以皖西学院开设的通识选修课"茶与茶文化"为例,探讨新背景下课程教学改革的必要性,课程教学改革的模式及效果。这不仅能够使中国茶文化在学生中广泛传播,更能提升学生的文化修养,传承茶文化的精髓。 In the context of the“Belt and Road”,Sino-foreign exchanges,especially cultural exchanges,have become closer.In the actual implementation of teaching,strengthening the integration of culture has become a necessity for curriculum reform in the new era.Local applied undergraduate colleges and universities should take advantage of their regional advantages,combine resources and culture organically,and set up some elective courses with obvious regional characteristics and wide application.This paper takes the general optional course“Tea and Tea Culture”offered by West Anhui University as an example to discuss the necessity of curriculum teaching reform under the new background,the mode and effect of curriculum teaching reform.This will not only enable Chinese tea culture to be widely disseminated among students,but also improve students’cultural accomplishment and inherit the essence of tea culture.
