摘要
文章基于某新建集装箱重力式沉箱码头工程,在对码头各施工阶段的沉降进行分析的基础上,提出了进一步减少工后沉降的措施:在沉箱安装前对基床整平预留沉降、对沉箱安装后进行堆载预压、上部结构分层浇筑、面层预留沉降量和采用可调轨道柔性固定系统等;并结合沉降理论计算值和监测值的对比分析,提出了一种基于实测数据拟合对码头运营使用期沉降的预测方法。
Based on a new container gravity caisson terminal project and the analysis of the settlement of each construction stage of the wharf,this paper put forward the measures to further reduce the post construction settlement:the settlement should be reserved on the foundation bed,the surcharge preloading should be carried out after the caisson installation,layered pouring of superstructure,reserved settlement of surface layer and adjustable track flexible fixing system should be adopted.Combined with the comparative analysis of theoretical calculation value and measured value of settlement,the paper puts forward a kind of operation of wharf based on measured data fitting prediction method of settlement in service life.
