摘要
芳纶云母绝缘纸的主要原料有芳纶短切纤维、芳纶浆粕和云母,经过湿法成形和热压工艺制备而成。影响芳纶云母绝缘纸性能的因素有很多,本文主要分析了云母的粒径、表观形貌和分散性能,研究了云母粒径对芳纶云母绝缘纸物理性能和电气性能的影响。研究表明,随着云母目数的增加,云母平均粒径降低,粒径分布越集中,分散越均匀;云母目数过大和过小都会降低绝缘纸的物理强度和击穿强度,60~100目云母粒径分布范围较广,芳纶云母绝缘纸可以获得较高的抗张强度、撕裂度和击穿强度及电气强度,同时获得较低的透气率和收缩率。
Aramid-mica paper is made of aramid chopped,aramid fibrids and mica powder.First,aramid-mica paper was prepared by wet forming and drying to obtain its initial strength.After that,aramid-mica paper is pressed by a hot pressing machine.The properties of aramid-mica insulated paper are affected by many factors.Particle size,apparent morphology and dispersion properties of mica were characterized and analyzed respectively.The effect of mica particle size on physical and electrical properties of aramid-mica paper were investigated in this paper.Experimental results showed that the average particle size of mica decreases gradually with the increase of the number of mica mesh.The distribution of mica particle size is more concentrated and uniformed with the increase of the number of mica mesh.The physical and electrical properties of aramid-mica paper are affected when there are high content of large or small particle size mica in aramid-mica insulated paper.The physical and electrical properties of aramid-mica paper are improved when the distribution of mica particle size range is 60~100 mesh.
