高强度高伸长率球墨铸铁实验研究

摘要 行星架铸件对抗拉强度和伸长率等性能均有较高的要求,为生产出能满足需求且质量稳定的材质,通过分析产品开发背景、铸造工艺设计、模流分析、熔炼配料、化学成分控制,开发出了高强度、高伸长率的QT600-10材质,且性能稳定,铸件内部虽有缩松但满足产品使用要求。经实验验证,其化学成分、力学性能等全部符合要求。 Planetary carrier castings have high requirements for material properties such as tensile strength and elongation.In order to produce stable materials that meet customer needs,the QT600-10 material with high strength and high elongation has been developed through the analysis of product development needs,process design,mold flow analysis,smelting ingredients,and chemical composition control.Its performance is stable,the internal shrinkage porosity of the casting meets the requirements of the product.It is verified that all of the chemical composition,mechanical properties,hardness,and internal defects meet the requirements.
