保留自主呼吸喉罩全麻在胸腔镜肺大泡切除术中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Laryngeal Mask General Anesthesia with Autonomous Breathing in Thoracoscopic Bullaectomy

目的探讨保留自主呼吸喉罩全麻在胸腔镜肺大泡切除术中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2020年1月至2020年12月行胸腔镜肺大泡切除术的40例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组采用双腔支气管插管全麻,观察组采用保留自主呼吸喉罩全麻,比较两组患者的术野满意度、围术期指标、并发症发生率。结果两组的术野满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的手术时间、苏醒时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保留自主呼吸喉罩全麻应用于胸腔镜肺大泡切除术中,可改善手术视野和围术期指标,并发症少,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of laryngeal mask general anesthesia with autonomous breathing in thoracoscopic bullectomy.Methods 40 patients undergoing thoracoscopic bullectomy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received double lumen bronchial intubation general anesthesia,and the observation group received laryngeal mask general anesthesia with autonomous breathing.The satisfaction degree of operation field,perioperative indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the satisfaction degree of operation field between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,wake-up time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the hospitalization expense was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laryngeal mask general anesthesia with autonomous breathing applied in thoracoscopic bullectomy can improve the operation field and perioperative indicators,with fewer complications and higher safety.
