贝利尤单抗治疗儿童系统性红斑狼疮的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Belimumab in the Treatment of Children with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的观察贝利尤单抗治疗儿童系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果。方法将2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的60例系统性红斑狼疮患儿随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用环磷酰胺治疗,观察组采用贝利尤单抗治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)、大不列颠群岛狼疮评估组指数(BILAG)评分与外周血B细胞水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论贝利尤单抗治疗儿童系统性红斑狼疮的效果显著,能有效降低患者的SLEDAI、BILAG评分与外周血B细胞水平,且安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of belimumab in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus in children.Methods 60 children with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with belimumab.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index(SLEDAI)and British Isles Lupus Assessment Group Index(BILAG),and peripheral blood B cell level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Belimumab has significant efficacy in the treatment of children with systemic lupus erythematosus,and can effectively reduce patients'SLEDAI,BILAG and peripheral blood B cell level,which is safe and reliable.
