5A护理模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制情况、自我管理能力及母婴不良结局的影响

Influence of 5A Nursing Mode on Blood Glucose Control,Self-Management Ability and Adverse Maternal and Infant Outcomes in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨分析5A护理模式对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖控制情况、自我管理能力及母婴不良结局的影响。方法将86例GDM患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用5A护理模式,两组均持续干预至分娩。比较两组的血糖控制情况、自我管理能力以及母婴不良结局。结果干预后,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于对照组,DSES评分高于对照组,母婴不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论5A护理模式可有效提高GDM患者的自我管理能力,改善其血糖水平及母婴不良结局。

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of 5A nursing mode on blood glucose control,self-management ability and adverse maternal and infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 86 GDM patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given 5A nursing mode.Both groups were given continuous intervention until delivery.The blood glucose control,self-management ability,and adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the DSES score was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 5A nursing mode can effectively improve the self-management ability of GDM patients,improve the blood glucose level and adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
