综合性康复护理在脑瘫患儿治疗中的应用效果及对家属满意度的影响分析

Application Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing in Children with Cerebral Palsy and the Impact on Family Satisfaction Degree

目的探讨综合性康复护理在脑瘫患儿治疗中的应用效果及对家属满意度的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2021年5月我院收治的60例脑瘫患儿,随机平均分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施综合性康复护理。比较两组患儿干预前后的运动功能、精细运动能力,调查两组患儿家属护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的运动功能、抓握、视觉-运动整合评分均高于干预前,且观察组的运动功能、抓握、视觉-运动整合评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属护理满意度为96.7%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论综合性康复护理对脑瘫患儿的应用效果显著,可有效改善患儿运动功能和精细运动能力,提高患儿家属满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in children with cerebral palsy and the impact on family satisfaction degree.Methods 60 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The motor function and fine motor ability before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,and the family nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups was investigated.Results After intervention,the scores of motor function,grip and visual motor integration in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of motor function,grip and visual motor integration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The family nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.7%,higher than 80.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has significant application effect on children with cerebral palsy,which can effectively improve the motor function and fine motor ability of children with cerebral palsy,and improve the family nursing satisfaction degree.
