动机访谈结合心理干预对老年糖尿病患者自我效能及心理状态的影响

Influence of Motivational Interview Combined with Psychological Intervention on Self Efficacy and Mental State of Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的探讨动机访谈结合心理干预对老年糖尿病患者自我效能及心理状态的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2021年3月我院收治的100例老年糖尿病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用动机访谈结合心理干预,对比两组患者干预后的自我效能及心理状态。结果干预后,试验组自我效能各项评分高于对照组,心理状态各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论动机访谈结合心理干预能够改善老年糖尿病患者的心理状态,减少不良情绪,提高其自我效能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of motivational interview combined with psychological intervention on self efficacy and mental state of elderly diabetic patients.Methods 100 elderly diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given motivational interview combined with psychological intervention.The self efficacy and mental state after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self efficacy in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of mental state were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Motivational interview combined with psychological intervention can improve the mental state of elderly diabetic patients,reduce the negative emotions and improve the self-efficacy level,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
