微信平台健康教育方式在维持性血液透析患者高血压控制中的应用研究

Application Study of WeChat Platform Health Education Method in the Control of Hypertension in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探讨微信平台健康教育方式在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者高血压控制中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的60例MHD合并高血压患者,根据患者透析时间分为观察组(每周一三五透析,微信平台健康教育方式)与对照组(每周二四六透析,常规健康教育)。对比两组降压药服用正确率、干体重达标率、超滤量、血压水平及自我管理能力。结果干预后,观察组降压药服用正确率、干体重达标率、自我管理能力评分高于对照组,超滤量、血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信平台健康教育方式可提升MHD合并高血压患者的自我管理能力与降压药服用正确率,有效控制其干体重和血压水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform health education method in the control of hypertension in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods 60 MHD patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(WeChat platform health education method,dialysis on every Monday,Wednesday and Friday)and control group(routine health education,dialysis on every Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday)according to the dialysis time.The correct rate of taking antihypertensive drugs,dry weight reaching standard rate,ultrafiltration volume,blood pressure level and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the correct rate of taking antihypertensive drugs,dry weight reaching standard rate,and self-management ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the ultrafiltration volume and blood pressure level were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat platform health education method can improve the self-management ability and correct rate of taking antihypertensive drugs of MHD patients with hypertension,and effectively control the dry weight and blood pressure level.
