家庭参与式快速康复外科护理在髋关节置换术后患者关节功能及疼痛管理中的应用

Application of Family Participation Enhanced Recovery after Surgery in Joint Function and Pain Management of Patients after Hip Arthroplasty

目的探讨分析家庭参与式快速康复外科(ERAS)护理在髋关节置换术后患者关节功能及疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月在我院行髋关节置换术的82例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。比较两组的Harris评分、VAS评分、BI、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果术后7 d,观察组的Harris评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的BI高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率及护理满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家庭参与式ERAS护理在髋关节置换术后患者关节功能恢复及疼痛管理中的效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of family participation enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing in joint function and pain management of patients after hip arthroplasty.Methods 82 patients with hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The Harris score,VAS score,BI,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results 7 days after operation,the Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the BI of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Family participation ERAS nursing has significant effect in joint function and pain management of patients after hip arthroplasty,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
