摘要
学生评教是一种典型的教师评价方式,能够为STEM教师提供快速简洁的教学反馈信息。本研究首先界定了STEM教师课堂教学能力的指标维度;然后通过文献梳理的方式归纳出制约学生评教有效性的若干因素,并从现实问题出发,通过两轮学生评教问卷的优化设计,从题目设问方式、设问视角、发放频率3个方面优化STEM课堂中学生评教工具。本研究运用深度访谈的方式了解STEM教师对学生评教问卷的看法,同时通过对比7个STEM课例中专家评教数据和学生评教数据的差异情况探索学生评教的有效性;最后,本研究提出学生评教在STEM教师评价中的设计策略与整合逻辑。
Student evaluation is a typical method of teacher evaluation,and it can provide fast and concise teaching feedback information for STEM teachers.The research,firstly,has defined the indicator dimension of STEM teachers’classroom teaching ability;secondly,summarized several elements that restrict students’evaluation effectiveness by ways of literature combing,and starting from realistic problems,optimized student evaluation tools in STEM classrooms from three aspects like ways of raising questions,perspectives of raising questions,and frequency of handing out through optimal design of two rounds students evaluation questionnaires.This research has applied the way of in-depth interview to understand the opinions of STEM teachers to student evaluation questionnaires,as well was explored the effectiveness of student evaluation through the contrast of differences of expert evaluation data and student evaluation data in 7 STEM lessons.Finally,the research has put forward the design strategies and integration logic of student evaluation in STEM teacher evaluation.
