摘要
针对廿辊森吉米尔轧机轧制铁素体不锈钢430时出现的带钢色差问题进行了分析,从轧制工艺及涉钢介质两方面着手攻关,研究和验证了1.0μm粗糙度轧辊对色差缺陷的改善作用,并改进了430不锈钢单机架轧制工艺,此类缺陷明显得到改善,效果显著。
Based on the analysis of the color difference of steel strip during the rolling of ferrite stainless steel 430 by twenty-roll Sendzimir mill,this paper studies and verifies the improvement of color difference defect by 1.0μm roughness roll and improves the rolling process of 430 stainless steel stand.The single stand rolling process of 430 stainless steel is improved.This kind of defect is obviously improved and the effect is remarkable.
