铁矿石烧结中配加毛塔粉试验研究

摘要 为开发使用新的铁矿石资源,以拓展烧结优化配矿选择,结合烧结生产实际情况,对毛塔粉进行了烧结试验研究,以明确该铁矿粉对烧结技术经济指标和烧结矿质量的影响,试验结果表明:毛塔粉化学成分中,全铁品位达到61.70%,w(SiO_(2))为11.32%;毛塔粉的同化温度较低,并且液相流动性大,属于易矿化的铁矿粉;随着毛塔粉配比由基准方案的0%增加至方案3的9%,垂直烧结速度略有升高并稳定,烧结矿成品率和转鼓强度呈现出逐渐降低趋势,烧结利用系数呈现出先略有升高后大幅降低的趋势;随着毛塔粉配比由基准方案的0%增加至方案3的9%,烧结矿比例有增加趋势,烧结矿平均粒径有降低趋势,但配加毛塔粉对于烧结矿低温还原粉化有改善作用。 In order to develop and use new iron ore resources,expand sintering and optimize ore blending selection,combined with the actual situation of sintering production,the sintering test of maota powder is carried out to clarify the impact of the iron ore powder on sintering technical and economic indexes and sinter quality.The test results show that in the chemical composition of maota powder,the total iron grade reaches 61.70% and w(SiO_(2))is 11.32%.Maota powder has low assimilation temperature and high liquid fluidity,which is easy to mineralize iron ore powder.As the ratio of maota powder increases from 0% of the benchmark scheme to 9% of scheme 3,the vertical sintering speed increases and stabilizes slightly,the sinter yield and drum strength show a gradually decreasing trend,and the sintering utilization coefficient shows a trend of slightly increasing at first and then greatly decreasing.As the proportion of maota powder increases from 0% of the benchmark scheme to 9% of scheme 3,the proportion of sinter tends to increase and the average particle size of sinter tends to decrease,but the addition of maota powder can improve the low-temperature reduction pulverization of sinter.
