摘要
针对我国钢铁行业转炉粉尘数量大、成分波动范围大以及有效利用率不高等问题,基于转炉粉尘的资源现状及碳酸化再利用现状,对其采用碳酸化工艺来固定CO_(2),并通过压块碳酸化实验以验证转炉冶炼对造渣剂强度要求的满足情况。实践表明,转炉加入碳酸化球团,可取代部分石灰和废钢,同时发挥化渣、助熔和冷却作用,进而实现钢铁工业节能减排增效。
In view of the problems of large amount,large fluctuation range of composition and low effective utilization rate of converter dust in China’s iron and steel industry,based on the resource status and carbonation reuse status of converter dust,carbonation technology is used to fix CO_(2),and the briquette carbonation experiment is carried out to verify the satisfaction of converter smelting on the strength requirements of slag forming agent.The practice shows that adding carbonated pellets to the converter can replace part of lime and scrap,which plays the roles of slag melting,melting aid and cooling,so as to realize energy conservation,emission reduction and efficiency increase in the iron and steel industry.
