Improvements and Effects of Water Quality of Turbid Circulating Water System of Plate Rolling

阐述了山西建龙热轧浊循环水在热轧板材生产中的作用及水处理面临的困难,以带钢表面氧化铁皮存在"疏松"和"脆性"的表象,分析产生的原因及形成机理,描述了从水处理工艺的改进、水处理药剂的种类及水质的提升等方面来改善表面氧化铁皮的结构和形貌,改进后带钢表面质量得到明显的改善和提高。

The role of Shanxi Jianlong hot rolling turbid circulating water in hot rolling plate production and the difficulties faced by water treatment are described.As to the appearance of “looseness”and “brittleness”of iron oxide scale on the surface of strip steel,the causes and formation mechanism are gradually analyzed.This paper describes the improvement of the structure and morphology of the surface iron oxide scale from the aspects of the improvement of water treatment process,the types of water treatment agents and the improvement of water quality.After the improvement,the surface quality of the strip steel has been significantly improved.
