Practice of Shortening Smelting Time of 45t AOD Furnace for Duplex Stainless Steel

针对双相不锈钢AOD炉过程冶炼特点,调整了双相不锈钢配料,降低AOD顶枪吹氧时间和过程合金加入量,同时调整AOD冶炼过程石灰加入量及时间,根据炉壳炉龄情况及过程碳取样结果动态调整取样时间,缩短氧化期吹氧时间10~15 min,双相不锈钢平均冶炼时间125 min以内,实现最长连浇炉数9炉。

According to the characteristics of AOD smelting process of duplex stainless steel,the ingredients of duplex stainless steel are adjusted,the oxygen blowing time of AOD top lance and the amount of alloy added in the process are reduced,and the amount and timing of lime added in AOD smelting process are also adjusted.The sampling time is dynamically adjusted according to the age of the furnace shell and the carbon sampling results in the process,and the oxygen blowing time in the oxidation period is shortened by 10~15 minutes.The average smelting time of duplex stainless steel is less than 125 minutes,and the longest continuous casting number is 9.
