摘要
针对冷轧无取向硅钢退火过程中,带钢出现变窄量大、铁损数值散差大的情况,研究了在相同的退火工艺条件下,原始冷轧板形的退火张力与退火板形及磁性的关系,以便得到良好的退火板形和磁性,提高产品的实物质量。
In the annealing process of cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel,there will be a large narrowing of strip width and a large dispersion of iron loss values.This paper studied the relationship between the original cold-rolled strip shape,annealing tension,annealing shape and magnetic properties under the same annealing process conditions,to obtain good annealing shape and magnetic properties and improve the physical quality of products.
