摘要
为实现高炉稳定顺行,基于降硅基本理论,结合实际生产实践,详细分析低硅冶炼的过程,并进行效益分析。采用低硅冶炼技术后,铁水w(Si)由0.35%逐步降低到0.23%,硫负荷变化后,铁水w(Si)长期稳定在0.23%左右,w(S)稳定在0.021%,为低硅冶炼技术的发展积累了宝贵经验。
In order to realize the stable and smooth operation of blast furnace,based on the basic theory of silicon reduction and combined with the actual production practice,the process of low silicon smelting is analyzed in detail,and the benefit is analyzed.After the adoption oflowsilicon smeltingtechnology,the molten iron w(Si)is graduallyreduced from0.35%to 0.23%.After the change of sulfur load,the molten iron w(Si)is stable at about 0.23%and w(S)is stable at0.021%for a long time,which has accumulated valuable experience for the development of low silicon smelting technology.
