摘要
针对因连铸圆坯质量原因造成生产的阀体锻件探伤不合格的问题,分析可能造成锻件超声波探伤不合格的连铸圆坯缺陷类型,重点对大圆坯夹杂物超标造成的探伤不合格原因进行分析,对产生的夹杂物进行溯源,并针对性地制定对应改善措施和工艺控制方案。
In view of the unqualified flaw detection of valve body forgings produced due to the quality of continuous casting round billet,this paper analyzes the defect types of continuous casting round billet that may cause the unqualified ultrasonic flaw detection of forgings,focuses on the analysis of the unqualified flaw detection causes caused by excessive inclusions in large round billet,and traces the source of the inclusions,and formulates corresponding improvement measures and process control schemes.
