摘要 针对HRB500E钢筋在生产过程中存在强屈比初验不达标问题,开展了对铌钒复合HRB500E钢筋的研制,并详细介绍了首钢长钢公司铌钒复合HRB500E钢筋的冶炼方法、轧制工艺、产品力学性能,经实践表明,采用铌钒复合工艺后,不同产线钢筋的强屈比均有提高。 In view of the problem that the strength yield ratio of HRB500 E reinforcement does not meet the standard in the preliminary inspection in the production process,the development of Nb-V composite HRB500 E reinforcement is carried out,and the smelting method,rolling process and mechanical properties of Nb-V composite HRB500 E reinforcement in Shougang Changgang company are introduced in detail.The practice shows that the strength yield ratio of reinforcement in different production lines is improved after using Nb-V composite process.
