摘要
通过进行自然时效试验,跟踪650 MPa超高强度抗震钢筋在不同自然时效时间下的屈服强度、抗拉强度、最大力总延伸率及强屈比的变化趋势及变化量,为650 MPa超高强度抗震钢筋的性能判定、质量检测和控制提供理论依据,从而在保证钢筋安全使用的前提下,优化其成分,提高产品的性价比。
Through the natural aging test,the change trend and change amount of yield strength,tensile strength,maximum total force elongation and strength yield ratio of 650 MPa ultra-high strength seismic reinforcement under different natural aging times are tracked,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the performance judgment,quality inspection and control of 650 MPa ultra-high strength seismic reinforcement,which ensures the safe use of reinforcement,optimizes its composition and improves the cost performance of products.
