河北涞源某铜硫矿铜硫分离浮选试验研究

摘要 硫酸在浮选中具有成本低、活化效果显著的优点,但硫酸易腐蚀设备和管道,每日用量极大,运输困难且操作极其危险,因此选取CuSO_(4)作硫活化剂代替硫酸。以此种铜硫矿为研究对象,采用优先浮选流程,通过进行一粗一扫一精选铜、一粗三扫二精选硫的闭路试验,获得品位为19.21%、回收率为91%的铜精矿以及品位为49.26%、回收率为78.27%的硫精矿,取得了良好的分选效果。 Sulfuric acid has the advantages of low cost and remarkable activation effect in flotation.However,sulfuric acid is easy to corrode equipment and pipelines.The daily consumption is enormous,transportation is difficult and operation is extremely dangerous.Therefore,CuSO_(4) was used as sulfur activator instead of sulphuric acid in this experiment.Taking this kind of copper sulfide ore as the research object,the preferential flotation process is adopted.The copper concentrate with grade of 19.21% and recovery of 91% was obtained after the closed-circuit test of one roughing,one scavenging and one cleaning copper,one roughing,three scavenging and two cleaning sulfur.And the grade of sulfur in sulfur concentrate is 49.26% and the recovery is 78.27%.Good separation effect is obtained.
