摘要
以正善煤矿2205回风巷为工程背景,研究合理的窄煤柱留设宽度,有效地控制沿空掘进巷道的围岩变形。根据2205回风巷的围岩特征,从巷道围岩变形破坏机理及其控制技术出发,采用理论计算和Fl AC3D数值模拟,并结合该矿生产技术条件,确定了合理的窄煤柱宽度。工业试验表明,沿空掘进巷道围岩变形得到了有效地控制,保障了矿井安全生产。
Taking 2205 return air roadway of Zhengshan Coal Mine as the engineering background,the reasonable reserved width of narrow coal pillar is studied to effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of gob driving roadway.According to the surrounding rock characteristics of 2205 return air roadway,starting from the deformation and failure mechanism and control technology of roadway surrounding rock,the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar is determined by theoretical calculation and Fl AC3 D numerical simulation,combined with the production technical conditions of the mine.The industrial test shows that the surrounding rock deformation of gob driving roadway has been effectively controlled and the mine safety production is guaranteed.
