摘要
借助5M1E方法和信息化系统,在原料供应保障、设备管理、工艺准备和包装物流方面进行改善,在酸洗产线实施了低碳钢高效生产实践。结果表明,影响低碳钢酸洗生产效率的因素主要有交接班、产品种类、钢种切换和订单排产集中程度;在现有技术条件下酸洗线产能可稳定提升10%,且在优化产品订单结构的条件下还有进一步提高班次产量的可行性。
Based on 5 M1 E method and information system,improvements on material supply,manufacturing machine management,process preparation and packaging logistics were carried out in order to increase the output per shift while low carbon steel sheet was acid pickling.The result shows that shift change,product type,product change online and concentration of production scheduling are main contributory factors for output of acid pickling low carbon steel sheet.In this case,acid pickling line has the ability to increase 10%capacity per month,and the output per shift can be higher when products order optimizes.
