摘要
为降低活套故障率,消除带钢跑偏现象,介绍了在实际生产线中常用的卧式活套结构形式,并对牵引车、中间车等单体设备优缺点进行了详细比较,同时从设计、制造、调整等多方面分析活套带钢跑偏的原因,并结合经验对活套纠偏提出纠偏预防措施,该纠偏技术对其他冷轧生产线具有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to reduce the looper failure rate and eliminate the deviation of strip steel,the horizontal looper structure commonly used in the actual production line is introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of single equipment such as tractor and intermediate vehicle are compared in detail.At the same time,the reasons for the deviation of looper strip steel are analyzed from the aspects of design,manufacturing and adjustment.Combined with experience,the deviation correction and preventive measures are put forward,which has certain reference for other cold rolling production lines.
