摘要
以21105综采工作面过空巷为研究对象,依据空巷位置、采面开采条件,确定空巷充填体强度在4 MPa以上可满足空巷围岩控制需要,并以此为依据确定高水充填材料水灰比为4∶1。为提高充填材料运输效率,提出采用运输管线将地面高水充填材料运输至采面空巷充填点,并使用阻隔充填技术方法对空巷进行充填加固。现场应用后,采面过空巷期间采面液压支架工作阻力基本不发生变化,空巷充填体基本未出现变形,表明现场使用的充填体技术方案可满足采面过空巷需要。
Taking 21105 fully mechanized mining face passing through the goaf as the research object,according to the goaf location and mining conditions,this paper determined that the strength of goaf filling body is more than 4 MPa,which can meet the needs of goaf surrounding rock control.Based on this,it is determined that the water cement ratio of high water filling material is 4:1.In order to improve the transportation efficiency of filling materials,the transportation pipeline is used to transport the ground high water filling materials to the filling point of goaf,and the barrier filling technology is used to fill and strengthen the goaf.After field application,the working resistance of the hydraulic support of the mining face basically does not change during the mining face passing through the goaf,and the filling body of the goaf basically does not deform,indicating that the filling body technical scheme used on site can meet the needs of the mining face passing through the goaf.
