急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段综采工艺的研究

Study on Horizontal Sublevel Fully Mechanized Mining Technology in Steeply Inclined Extra Thick Coal Seam

以晋能控股煤业集团虎龙沟煤矿为N1201工作面研究对象,进行了急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段放顶煤采煤工业性试验研究。对采煤工艺、放顶煤支架等内容进行了分析,开采效率理想,平均月产达19 036 t,工效达12.436 t,回收率达87%。

Taking Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group Hulonggou Coal Mine as the research object of N1201 face,the industrial test of horizontal sublevel caving coal mining in steeply inclined extra thick coal seam is carried out.The mining technology and top coal caving support are analyzed.The mining efficiency is ideal,the average monthly output is 19 036 t,the work efficiency is 12.436 t,and the recovery rate is 87%.
