摘要
针对华阳一矿采用的传统掘进工艺安全性差、施工效率低、采掘衔接紧张等问题,合理有效地应用了掘锚一体机,对EBZ200M-2掘锚机技术特征进行分析,并将优化后的工艺与传统工艺进行对比。采用掘锚一体工艺后,锚杆单孔掘进速度与进尺量大幅提升,提高了工效,对煤矿在煤巷的自动化快速掘进发展具有积极的借鉴和推广意义。
Aiming at the problems of poor safety,low construction efficiency and tight mining connection of the traditional excavation process adopted in Huayang No.1 coal mine,the integrated excavation anchor machine is reasonably and effectively applied,the technical characteristics of EBZ200 M-2 excavation anchor machine are analyzed,and the optimized process is compared with the traditional process.After the integrated excavation anchor process is adopted,the single hole excavation speed and footage of anchor bolt are greatly improved.It improves the work efficiency,has positive reference and popularization significance for the development of automatic rapid tunneling in coal roadway.
